The twin room was en suite and had central heating, an electronic key card, tea and coffee making equipment. The location was unbeatable in a residential area and the staff here was amicable. We had lunch in Spice Shack, placed close by.

Recommend it for a family stay
This place was really good for a family stay. The staff were like family, so friendly and they really went out of their way to. The breakfast was a highlight too, such a wide choice that even the kids were satisfied.
It wasn't the cheapest option, but for the quality, it was quite acceptable.

The bright, clean decor of the living areas impressed me. The accessible paths and ramps made it easy for anyone, especially seniors like myself, to navigate around comfortably.
Handrails for the steps would be helpful.

Had a blast with my friends! The rooms were super clean and comfy, perfect for our night out. We enjoyed nice canal-side walks and had easy connections to central London. Breakfast was included and hit the spot after a late night. Don't miss the café by the reception, it's a gem. Excellent value for our two rooms. Highly recommend it for group trips!
Only downside was the parking situation. It can get tricky since there are limited spaces and we had to park a bit further away.

The café served an epic Manchego ratatouille that had us dreaming about it later! Plus, the rooftop terrace for drinks was a vibe, and the full English breakfast hit the spot. Seriously great!
Unfortunately, the late-night joy riders outside made for a noisy evening. Still, the fantastic room made us forget the racket pretty quickly!
